PLEASE NOTE: This posting is for the consolation game of the Kokomo Tourney.
In the consolation game of the Kokomo Tourney on Saturday, January 27, the Titans faced the Logansport Berries. Unfortunately, Taylor came out on the short end of the stick by a score of 53-33. The Berries were just too tall and athletic for the young Taylor team. Taylor was led in scoring by Nathan Keene with 15 points. Josh Bowman followed up his strong game 1 with another nice game as he chipped in 9 points. Conner Hight added 5 points for the Titans while Jacob Morgan and Truman Howerton each added 2 points. The Berries were led by Davis with 16 points as he was just too tall for the Titans to handle. Jamien Piercefield added 11 points while Kolton Barber added 8 for the Berries. Garret Barron chipped in 6 points, Skylar Trujillo and Harrison Crain each added 4 points to the winning effort. Caleb Miller and Carter Randall completed the Logansport scoring with 2 points each. The Titans are now 6-5 on the season with a Tuesday match-up on the road against Tri-Central.
