The Taylor Titans boys soccer team wrapped up conference play last night with a 4-0 loss to Rossville. This was the third road game in four days for the Titans. The Titans started off playing well but under-manned as the Hornets started with 11 players. They quickly dropped to 10 but is was still too much for the visitors. Rossville scored about seven and a half minutes into the game and never looked back. They tallied two more goals before the halftime whistle to give them a 3-0 lead. The Titans were able to sustain some more offensive pressure in the second half and created several quality chance. They were just unlucky and couldn’t find the back of the net. Rossville spent most of the 2nd half playing the Titans pretty close to even, dropping down to play 9v8. They scored their final goal early in the 2nd half and the game ended at 4-0. The loss drops the Titans record to 1-11. Taylor wraps up the regular season on Saturday when they travel to North Miami. The game carries a 10:00 start.
